The Social Reintegration Project in the two Blue Nile State villages is currently in its concluding phase. Several successful social mobilization activities have been carried out recently, among others sports and theater events and a concert from which you can catch a glimpse if you keep scrolling down. Due to recent outbreak of violence and increased military presence on the ground Zariba village in Kurmuk locality had to be cut out of the program. The images below are from Zindia Village, Roseiris.

Elgamry Hamid performed songs about peace and love for a very large audience. The spectators were dancing, cheering and singing along.

As the events took place during the day women and children could also attend. More 2000 people participated.

Female students opened the sports event with a dance carrying flowers.

The cycling competition started at Zindia primary school.
The village elders were observing with great interest.

The event included many different sport activities.

The children were enjoying themselves too.
